The rooms were new-fashioned and welcoming with smoke detectors for our safety. The location was unbeatable, adjacent to national park, Shawinigan really are n't that far and Quebec. Also, Auberge Grand'mere was 3 km away.

Spacious renovated rooms with a great shower and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. Friendly and professional staff who were always available and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was conveniently located near downtown and close to the beautiful Parc national de la Mauricie.
Some minor issues included a broken coffee machine and a few faulty TVs. The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

Truly enjoyed Shawinigan, the hotel was perfect and convenient to the Mauricie park. The location was marvellous - close enough to the town center as well as Shawinigan really are n't that far. Besides, it was 10 min drive to Auberge Grand'mere.

Very helpful staff and perfect and lovely place. Modern and excellent unit with comfortable beds. Perfect location adjacent to La Mauricie National Park, and Quebec, could not be better. Also, very close to restaurants in town center.
